The last Interpol release has been in the past for four years. However, 2018 is finally coming, and indie rock fans have been waiting for so long: the new album Marauder , the highly anticipated sequel to El Pintor (2014) 

The title "Marauder" translates roughly as "plunderer". The work on the songs took place in the New York rehearsal room of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. A true professional took care of the production with Dave Fridmann. He has worked in the past for artists such as Spoon, The Flaming Lips, Weezer, Mogwai, Tame Impala, Baroness and many more.

Paul Banks and his men have already shown in advance that they have not lost their talent for content-rich lyrics, their creativity and their personal post-punk indie rock sound with the first release, "The Rover". In addition, it should be pretty funky on the record. We will keep you up to date.
