Danish label OUR Recordings is releasing their very first LP production with this album! A brand new concert by American composer Sean Hickey will be presented. Hickey wrote his three-movement Concerto for Recorders, Winds and Drums with the paradoxical title of A Pacifying Weapon as a direct response to the troubled social and political world situation and the US situation in recent years. His music is a direct time commentary by an internationally recognized composer. No wonder that world star Michala Petri has agreed to launch Hickey's concert. The LP was mastered by the Grammy-nominated Danish sound magician Preben Iwan. Best sound is guaranteed!
